It will take me about 4 days to process and ship your order. After it’s been shipped, please give the package 1-2 weeks to arrive for domestic orders, and 4-8 weeks for international orders. For stickers shipped with stamped letter mail, allow 1-5 days.

If those time frames have passed and your package still isn’t there, email me at erinfongstudio@gmail.com and I will look into it.

Sticker mail means orders that have STICKERS ONLY. For orders with just stickers (that weigh 1oz–2.5oz), I send them in an envelope which is a lot cheaper than putting it in a package. That's why the cost is cheaper.

If your order has a lot of stickers or products like zines or prints, I can only send in a package which is why the cost is higher.

The postal service can take a while to ship out packages. Sometimes things get lost and it just needs a little time for it to get to you. If it's been over a month for domestic orders and over 2 months for international orders please send me an email and we can figure it out!

♥ Sticker Mail: for usa orders containing only stickers. This shipping option is a stamped envelope that comes with no tracking. Orders will typically arrive within 1-5 days. Due to not being able to track this shipping option, only re-sends are available.

♥ Tracked Rigid Mailer and Tracked Padded Mailer: tracked shipping for usa orders. You will recieve a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 days.

♥ International Sticker Mail: for orders going to all countries outside of the usa containing only stickers. This shipping option is a stamped envelope that comes with no tracking. orders will typically arrive within 2-12 weeks. Due to not being able to track this shipping option, only re-sends are available.

♥ Tracked International: for orders with washi tape. These will be shipped in padded mailers.

As of December 13th, 2024 I will no longer be shipping to the EU or Northern Ireland because of new regulations put in place called 'GPSR' (General Product Safety Regulation). Hopefully I will be able to again in the future!

There is currently a usps mail block on the following countries: afghanistan, bhutan, brunei darussalam, chad, cuba, lao people's democratic republic, libya, mongolia, new zealand (only stickermail can be purchased), papua new guinea, russian federation (due to conflict in the region), samoa, solomon islands, south sudan, syrian arab republic, timor-leste, turkmenistan, yemen.

Yes! Most of the time packages clear customs just fine, but in the event that this occurs, I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes. This is the buyer's responsibility! 

NON-EU EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS MUST PAY VAT THEMSELVES WHEN PACKAGE ARRIVES AT CUSTOMS!

Any import taxes + fees, including VAT, are the customer's responsibility. I will not collect nor remit VAT, so it will be collected by your country's customs office upon the package's arrival. 

Please monitor your package through the tracking number to make sure it doesn't get abandoned at customs or sent back to me. 

If I get a package sent back to me from customs there are two options: 

1. You can pay to have the package sent to you again, or 
   
2. I can refund you the value of the items minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. However, the products must be in an acceptable condition to process the refund.
